Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including examinations, fillings, crowns, and extractions.
• Manage sedation techniques to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with health care regulations.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver seamless patient care.
• Supervise administrative operations within the dental practice to ensure smooth workflow.
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and preventive care options.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree from an accredited DDS/DMD Program ( American Dental Institutions).
• Valid dental license to practice in the state of Washington.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, practices, and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in administrative operations related to dental practice management.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of experience as a practicing dentist.
• Experience in team management and patient relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
