RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up treatment room and perform Massage treatment protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the treatment room
• Properly consult with clients and create treatments plans
• Provide body treatments,massage, wraps, scrubs, etc.
• Customize massage experiences to customers specifications
• Support team with laundering, restocking and ordering supplies
• Product knowledge and recommendations for at home care
• Provide clients with a 5 star relaxing spa experience

• You like working autonomously and within the context of a team as we strive towards transforming and elevating the beauty industry.
• You have a strong work ethic and are inspired to increase spa growth by connecting and being of service to present clients as well as connecting with potential clients through social media, and community outreach with the intention of making our sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Spa experience preferred - willing to train the right candidate
• Experience working as a Massage therapist preferred -willing to train the right candidate
• Familiarity with basic massage modules
• Familiarity with natural and holistic products
• Certifications may apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge computer knowledge
• Experience with spa operating software systems preferred -willing to train the right candidate
• Track record of providing a high standard of customer service 
• Basic math skills
