Overview:

Title: Sr. Corporate Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
Location: Dallas Based - In Office 3 days per week at a minimum

The Sr. Corporate Recruiter manages the recruitment processes, collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs, and creating candidate pipelines. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship management, this role contributes to recruitment campaigns and other recruiting activities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment workflow and serve as advisor to the customers' business.
• Collaborate regularly with department leaders to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Create recruitment profiles for high-impact candidates for various levels of roles.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines as applicable.
• Screen candidate applications for Catalyst Brands roles.
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying needs and concerns.
• Contribute to the creation of recruitment campaigns and assessment centers.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing client groups.

Qualifications:

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
• 3-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
