Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This role requires collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Design user-centered interfaces with attention to usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows.
• Conduct usability testing and user research; iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all digital products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design assets.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or related role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
